VARIETY OF VINE: CHARDONNAY 100%
Hazelnut plantations and walnut trees surround the heart of our property: Crevoglio is an extraordinary vine growing area for the cultivation and production of the Chardonnay grape in the area of Loazzolo.
This vineyard has consistently achieved high quality production of an excellent basic grape and produces a wine with a distinctive and typical character.

Altitude: 430 metres above sea level
North East facing slope with an 18% incline
Pruning System: Casarsa
Average yield hectare/hl.65

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY
At the time of the vintage (harvest), after the first Summer thinning and selection, the grape is ripe and is carefully harvested towards the end of September. When the grape reaches the cellar it is softly pressed. Alcoholic fermentation of the must is carefully and constantly monitored at a temperature of 17-18°C and produces the first semblance of the Chardonnay wine.
Crevoglio remains in steel tanks to mellow for a number of months until the wine is bottled at the end of January.

TASTING NOTES
